Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched on a Next-Day delivery basis (excluding weekends) to UK mainland (Can be slightly longer for Ireland and British Isles). However please be aware that delays can happen and we ask that you be forgiving in the event that an item is delayed. If the item is urgent, please call us on 01992 514727 to notify us in advance of your order.

We deliver Monday to Friday free of charge (on orders over £35.00) using external courier companies (APC and Beattie Brothers) and Royal Mail for smaller items and a signature is required on all deliveries. We can deliver to places of work or to a neighbour in the event that you will not be home when delivery is expected. Please use the 'Additional Notes' section to specify details or an alternative delivery date (excluding weekends).

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Additional Information

  • Although items sent via Royal Mail are sent 1st Class, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on these items.

Q. Can I order something even though I live overseas?
A.  Unfortunately we do not currently have the capacity to deliver to the EU and beyond. This is something we are currently looking into and will introduce in the near future. Please call us on 01992 514727 to discuss deliveries to the various British Isles.

Q. Do I have to be in to sign for my goods?
A.  Yes, a signiture is required on all parcel deliveries. If you know you will be unable to sign for your goods, please arrange for a neighbour to accept these on your behalf and inform us of the details so we can pass these on to the couriers prior to delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, your good can be delivered to a place of work. 

Q. Can I specify a certain delivery time/day?
A. Day, yes. Time no. Although we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery as it all depends on the courier's routes, you ca specify a certain day when you wish your goods to be delivered (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
